We install fully adhered EPDM rubber products manufactured by Carlyle Syntech and sold under the Versico name. We install all our EPDM roofing to meet 20 year manufacturer’s warranty specifications. Versico also offers an optional 20 year total roofing system factory warranty.
EPDM Rubber roofing is ideal for low or no pitch roofing situations. It may be installed to shed water off the edge of a roof, or connected to a drain to remove or collect water depending on your needs.
